How We Can Help

We understand that as a Young Carer you are taking on lots of extra responsibilities which may leave you feeling stressed and drained.

You may also have less spare time than other young people your age and find it difficult to participate in activities that you enjoy.

Many Young Carers give up a great deal of their time to support their families and loved ones and help to change the lives of those around them for the better.

To ensure that you stay healthy and happy, we want to say thank you for all that you do and offer support to you whilst you are completing this very important and valued caring role.

Where can I find Advice & Support?

Our Carers Hubs are based in Stoke-On-Trent and Staffordshire and are designed to provide you with lots of information and advice to support you in your role as a Young Carer.

You are welcome to come along to our drop in sessions at our Carers Hubs where our team of Advisors will be happy to discuss your personal circumstances and support options. The locations of our Carers Hubs, along with their opening times can be found here.

You can also keep coming back to our website which has been developed to provide information and support for Young and Adult Carers.

There are a number of Caring Associations in your local area which can offer you lots of information and advice regarding your role as a carer for your family.
