The Carers' Hub aims to support carers across the region to access a one stop shop for advice and support. We endeavor to be the listening ear and the supportive hand for carers seeking guidance.
We are a commissioned service that works on behalf of Staffordshire County Council, Stoke-on-Trent City Council and the NHS. We offer a free service that carers can access, when they need support. We opened in October 2015 and have been supporting carers, as young as five, ever since.
The Carers' Hub is part of the PeoplePlus group's community services, which empowers people with a range of support needs, to lead independent lives.
