We came, We saw, We conquered!

19 of our Young Carers spent the day rising to the challenges of Whitemoor Lakes, namely: Abseiling & Zip Wire, Climbing and the notorious High Ropes. Having fun being the only order of the day. There were thrills, spills and on occasion self-doubt, however, with the never ending support of each other and heaps of encouragement from Instructor Ben and his team and The Carers Hub envious staff, all were overcome. After 6 hours of high energy, the feeling of accomplishment and making life long memories, The Carers Hub Young Carers Team, waved a fond farewell to our wonderful, exhausted Young Carers…..until the next time. Huge thanks to the staff at Whitemoor Lakes Activity Centrefor helping to make this such a memorable day!
